FIX: Unable to archive to a custom file plan using the Zetadocs Document Factbox Print ZTN4442 ID: ZTN4442 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 7.1 of Zetadocs For NAV with Capture Plus Symptom Documents archived using the Zetadocs Factbox are not affected by custom file plans existing in the PreArchive function in the Capture Customize Codeunit (9009964), even if the user is a Licenced Capture Plus user. Cause The logic for archiving documents through the document Factbox did not support customization calls to the customize Codeunit. Resolution This feature was added in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4442. This hotfix will allow use of the PreArchive function in the Zetadocs-Capture Customize Codeunit (9009964) to create additional/custom file plans. This Hotfix also includes samples on how to change your file plan both for capturing and sending. Upgrade Warning: If you are executing an upgrade to an existing installation the following additional steps should be followed when applying the hotfix to enable this feature: 1. From the NAV Development Environment run the table 9009959 Zetadocs System Settings. 2. Add the field FactboxSDKEnabled. 3. Set the Bool value to true (ticked).
