FIX: Zetafax Configuration program hangs when configuring telephone dialing properties Print ZTN1596 ID: ZTN1596 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2007 Symptom When using the Zetafax Configuration program, clicking on the "Configure..." button in the Server Settings/Telephone dialing properties window causes the Zetafax configuration program to hang/freeze. The program must then be stopped manually by the task manager. Cause The Zetafax Configuration program hangs when clicking on this particular button. In order to configure the telephone dialing properties without the program hanging, please install the patch via the Update Service as described below. Resolution Please install the patch, or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service. To do this, select Help > Check for Updates. in the Zetafax Server Monitor.
