HOWTO: Install Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 Document Queue Archive Subfolder Feature Patch Print ZTN4071 ID: ZTN4071 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 Summary This document details the steps to install the Document Queue Archive Subfolder feature patch to a Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 installation. The patch allows you to specify an archive subfolder structure to use when archiving documents via the Document Queue. More information Pre-requisite Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 is installed and configured. Installation Steps On your client systems, upgrade the Zetadocs for NAV Client by running the Setup.exe in the patch folder “\Zetadocs NAV Client” or “\Zetadocs NAV Client x64” depending on the system type. Upgrade the Zetadocs for NAV object in your NAV database by importing the patch FOB file. Launch NAV Open the object designer (Shift + F12) Import the patch FOB file (File-> Import) “\Zetadocs NAV Server Components\Patch\X.00\ Zetadocs for NAV v3.0 Document Queue Archive Subfolder Patch - NAVX.00” Choosing the appropriate version folder X to match your version of NAV. In the Import Worksheet choose to replace all unless you have customized versions of any of these objects, in which case you will need to take appropriate action to merge your changes. Go to the Zetadocs Setup in the Administration section of NAV and configure your document queues (Zetadocs Sales/Purch. Doc Queue Setup).
