Summary

This technical note explains how to replace a Zetadocs PDF starter license or a Zetadocs PDF add-on license. This can happen for example when the existing license doesn’t have enough users, or was built incorrectly.

To enter new license details for Zetadocs PDF simply follow the steps below:

1.              First go to Zetadocs PDF Configuration program

2.              Go to the General tab

3.              Select Use Evaluation license

4.            Select No in the dialog box shown here which will appear

5.            Now select the Licensing & Registration tab shown here

6.            Click on the Change button

7.            Enter your new starter license

8.            If you also have additional users, then click the Add button and enter your add-on license details

9.            Click on the Register button, you will receive your registration code automatically via email
