PRB: Brooktrout TR1034 gives an incorrect error message when sending to a busy number Print ZTN1813 ID: ZTN1813 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax v2010 Symptom When sending a fax to a number that is in use an incorrect error message of " Call not answered ()" is reported in the Zetafax Server log when it should be displaying “Phone number busy" . Cause This is due to a problem with the “Retry if voice answered call” option because the error code is cleared when it is attempting to determine if the call failed because it was answered by a human.
