PRB: Cannot delete multiple items in Outlook when using Exchange 5.5 connector Print ZTN1420 ID: ZTN1420 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 5.5 and later Exchange 5.5 Symptom Outlook hangs when users attempt to delete more than one item at a time, or when shutting down if the "Empty the Deleted Items folder when exiting" option is enabled. Cause This problem occurs if the Zetafax Connector for Exchange 5.5 is installed on the same Exchange server which is running the Internet Mail Service (IMS). Resolution Run the Exchange Performance Optimizer on the affected Exchange Server to resolve this issue.
