PRB: DDI not supported with CAPI cards behind Meridian switches Print ZTN1517 ID: ZTN1517 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 9 and later Meridian PBX Symptom Zetafax server reports: QUEUEMAN - (W) - No match for received Direct dial - DTMF information '1234' When a DDI number other than the one reported is rung. Cause Equisys support a range of active ISDN boards using our CAPI driver. The CAPI diver, when used in conjunction with a Meridian switch is unable to retrieve the Redirecting number (DDI number) presented by the switch. Instead we are presented the Called Party number for routing, which in this case is actually the pilot or phantom number. Resolution Equisys have solutions from Brooktrout which do not use CAPI and support this phantom number presented by the switch. Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above. Last updated: 22nd May 2006 (GC/EB) Keywords: Zetafax PBX DID Inbound Routing
