PRB: Documents from the Document Queue fail to archive Print ZTN3559 ID: ZTN3559 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV v1.0 Symptom Documents from the Document Queue fail to archive with the following error: Cause This problem occurs when you have specified an archive library that does not contain a sub-folder. Resolution The Document Queue archive library should include a sub-folder, e.g. Original Order Documents/2007. Please refer to the section titled ‘Zetadocs Document Queue Setup’ in the Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Installation Guide for details on how to do this.
