PRB: Embedded addressing fails with GoldMine documents containing images. Print ZTN1407 ID: ZTN1407 Zetafax version 8 GoldMine version 6 Symptom When a document contains an image and is faxed using the fax option in GoldMine the addressing dialog box is not populated. Cause The image in the document causes the embedded addressing commands to be ignored. To verify this is definitely the problem you are experiencing, try removing the image and see if the embedded addressing works. Resolution To resolve this issue you will need to follow the Equisys technical notes.
