PRB: It is not possible to delete any document from the document queue Print ZTN4035 ID: ZTN4035 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV V2.0 and above Symptom When attempting to delete a file from the document queue a message will appear saying that the file is in use. It will not be possible to delete any file from the queue. This can happen when the document queue shared folder is stored on a Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 machine with User Account Control (UAC) turned on. Cause The problem is caused because UAC will not allow the deletion of any files from the program files folder without elevated security permissions. Resolution There are two solutions to this problem: Move the document queue folder to a location that is not controlled by UAC. Turn off UAC on the computer that the document queue shared folders are stored on.
