PRB: Printed documents do not appear in the Zetadocs PDF client Print ZTN3553 ID: ZTN3553 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF version 4.0 Symptom After printing a document to the Zetadocs PDF printer, the client opens but it does not appear in the Document Explorer. Resolution The PC requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package to be installed.
