PRB: Printing to Zetafax Printer does not invoke the Fax wizard on Windows Server 2008 Print ZTN1809 ID: ZTN1809 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2009 and later Symptom When you print to the Zetafax printer on a Windows 2008 Server, the Zetafax fax wizard does not appear. Resolution This issue appears to occur when the Zetafax Client is already open. To work around the issue, close the Zetafax Client, then print to the Zetafax printer again. This should invoke the Zetafax Client login screen, load the Zetafax client and then the Fax Wizard. Subsequently, printing to Zetafax client invokes the fax wizard successfully.
