PRB: Problem installing Zetafax Client on Windows XP Print ZTN1729 ID: ZTN1729 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Client v2009 Symptom There is a problem when doing a fresh install of the Zetafax Client on Windows XP machines that have Office 2007 installed. When this problem occurs, the installer rolls back and no files are copied onto the machine. Upgrades from a previous version of the Zetafax Client are not affected. Cause The behaviour above is caused by a problem with the Zetafax Outlook 2007 Integration. Resolution The solution to this problem is to install the Zetafax client patch.
