PRB: Selecting the 'Fax using Zetafax' option from Word in Terminal Services does not work Print ZTN1753 ID: ZTN1753 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax v2009 SP1 and later Symptom Selecting the ‘Fax using Zetafax’ option from the ‘Send’ menu in MS Word under Terminal Services prints the document to the default printer rather than the Zetafax Printer. Resolution Print the document directly to the Zetafax Printer through the ‘Print’ menu in Word, or make Zetafax the default printer.
