PRB: When composing a new fax in Zetafax Web Client, the 'To:' button cannot be clicked Print ZTN2083 ID: ZTN2083 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Web Client Symptom When composing a new fax from the Zetafax Web Client on a compatible browser, there should be a “To:” button if an Exchange Server exists in the domain. In some circumstances, this button is not active and just appears as plain text. Cause This is due to a configuration issue during installation of the Zetafax Web Client, where the Exchange Server name is not picked up correctly by the installer. Resolution The following steps will re-enable the button to allow use of the address book: On the IIS Server containing the Zetafax Web Client, browse to the Zetafax Web Client install folder, navigate to the ‘web’ subfolder. Open the web.config file. Locate the following line: < add key=" Zetafax.Web.MSXServer" value=" " /> In the value field, type in the machine name of your Exchange Server. Save the web.config file. Restart IIS. Refresh the client browser and the functionality will now be available. Status Equisys is aware of this issue and will update this technical note when a solution has been found.
