PRB: "You do not have the following permissions on TableData Zetadocs General Settings" error appears when using Zetadocs functionality Print ZTN4560 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Business Central Online Zetadocs Extension 2.0.21097.15003 Symptom After installing version 2.0.21097.15003 of the Zetadocs Extension. An error message appears when a user uses any Zetadocs functionality (Zetadocs Send or the Documents Factbox). The system appears with the following message: "You do not have the following permissions on TableData Zetadocs General Settings" Cause Recently, Zetadocs introduced a protection mechanism to ensure logs are cleaned on a regular basis. This involved a setting that required Modify permissions on the Zetadocs General Settings table. Unfortunately, regular Zetadocs users do not have permission to modify this information which is why it appears with the error message. Resolution The problem has been fixed in version 2.0.21124 of the Extension and is available on AppSource, for cloud customers, or the software updates page, for on-premise customers. Status This behaviour was corrected by the update listed above.
