PRB: Zetadocs Outlook add-in doesn't convert Office files Print ZTN4022 ID: ZTN4022 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF 5.0.17 Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 1.2 Symptom When using the Outlook add-in for Zetadocs PDF to convert files to PDF before they are sent via email, the option to select Office files is greyed out and the files cannot be converted. Cause A file is missing from the installation of the Outlook add-in for Zetadocs. Resolution There is a hotfix available for this issue. Please contact Equisys support for details.
