PRB: Zetafax connector install fails to launch Print ZTN1175 ID: ZTN1175 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax connector for Microsoft Exchange version 7.0.0.26 Symptom When attempting to install the Zetafax connector on a Exchange server, an empty message box is displayed after the setup files are extracted. You click OK and setup exits. Cause The connector installation program requires the installing user to have Exchange administration rights - if the user is not logged on with sufficient rights the installation will fail. Resolution Logon to the Exchange server as the Exchange service account and perform the installation. In the case of Exchange 2000, logon as a member of Schema and Enterprise admins before performing the installation.
