This article describes the new features and other improvements in the October 2024 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

Feature enhancements
The following new feature enhancements are included in this release:
Product feedback option
An option has been added to the Zetadocs Documents FactBox to allow users to submit feedback and feature suggestions to the Equisys Product team.
Zetadocs Documents FactBox customization
There is now more flexibility when customizing the Zetadocs Record Mappings, which is required to change what records are displayed by default in the Zetadocs Documents FactBox
Quality and performance improvements
This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:
Improved user experience when item tracking errors occur
There may be occasions, depending on settings, when Business Central returns an error message when item tracking fields are not populated or other restrictions are set up within Business Central. Previous behaviour of the software may have resulted in these errors not being displayed to users. Zetadocs AP Automation now provides a better user experience in these scenarios, where the error is now displayed and the user is returned to the preview screen to correct the error before proceeding.
Better handling of password-protected files
Behaviour has been adjusted when attempting to process password-protected files in the Zetadocs Document Queues. The file will now disappear from the queue and be moved to the "_failedProcessing" folder in SharePoint rather than remaining in the queue with a 'Not Ready' state.
Error importing Zetadocs configuration files
Fixed an issue where some Zetadocs configuration files, previously exported from one system, could not be re-imported due to duplicate entries.
Error registering the Zetadocs licence
In some on-premise installations, Business Central no longer populates an expected field required for the Zetadocs licence purposes and the registration process, which fails with an error relating to a missing tenant identifier. This release resolves the issue.
Document total not updated when changing discount amount
Fixed an issue where the document total is not updated when the discount on a line is adjusted whilst processing an invoice using Zetadocs AP Automation.
AP Automation preview screen using US date format
Resolved an issue whereby US date format was displayed instead of the configured country's regional setting in Business Central. This was resolved in a server release on October 10, 2024.
