Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Assisted Setup

 

The Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central includes the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Assisted Setup to help you configure the Extension.

 

Assisted Setup

Assisted Setup is a wizard like set of screens to help setup newly installed Extensions or configure Business Central features.

 

To run the Assisted Setup:

 

  1. Open Business Central and from the Command bar, choose Setup & Extensions > Assisted Setup.
  2. Click on Set up Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture.
  3. Follow the instructions presented during the assisted setup and enter the following information when prompted:

 

Zetadocs License Number

License Number

Enter the Zetadocs Express, or Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture license that appears on your Zetadocs License Certificate.

 

  1. Choose Allow Always when prompted so that the license number can be registered.
  2. At this stage the Zetadocs standard configuration is downloaded.
  3. Click Next to enable the logged in Business Central user as a Zetadocs User.
  4. You can use the User Management screen to add extra users later.
  5. Click Next once complete.

 

Zetadocs Archive Settings

Description

SharePoint Site Address

Enter the SharePoint Online site that will be used for archiving files.

e.g. https://example.SharePoint.com/sites/yoursitecollection

 

  1. Click Authorize and then follow the on screen prompts to grant Zetadocs permission to access Microsoft 365 to send emails and store and retrieve documents in SharePoint Online.
  2. Click Next to continue once done.

 

Zetadocs Delivery Settings

Description

Send using - Microsoft 365

Send using your Microsoft 365 Exchange Online account.

 

Use the Test Delivery Settings button to send an email to the current user using Exchange Online.

Send using - Other SMTP

Send using your SMTP email account settings.

 

Use the Test Delivery Settings button to send an email to the User ID using your SMTP server.

 

  1. Click Next once done.
  2. Now click Finish.

 

Rerun the Assisted Setup

You can run the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Assisted Setup again if required to reset your system to factory defaults.

 

Next Step

You have now completed the installation and setup of Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture. You are now ready to test the Zetadocs system.
