Assessing your needs
Zetafax can be set up in a number of different ways depending on what system you are running and how you intend to use it.
The first step in installing your Zetafax system should always be to set up the Zetafax Server.

Having successfully installed the Zetafax Server, and tested it, we recommend taking a few minutes to answer the following questions before beginning to install the extra components:
How many people in your organization require fax software?
If the answer is more than 10, it is worth considering installing your Zetafax Client using Group Policy.

How will faxes be sent?
Directly from Microsoft Office applications - such as Word and Excel.

Directly from email software - such as Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes

Who will receive faxes on screen?
One person receives all faxes on behalf of everyone
All or some users receive all faxes
All or some users will have personal DDI fax numbers to receive their own faxes

On a printer - using a printer on your network
