PRB: Display issues with Internet Explorer 8

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

Version 1.0 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Payables Approval
Internet Explorer 8 on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

Symptom

When browsing to the Zetadocs Payables Approval website using Internet Explorer 8 formatting problems can occur. A warning message is displayed mentioning that the browser used is not supported:

Cause

It was observed that these issues occur on Windows Server machines.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, simply turn the ‘Compatibility View’ feature on and off in Internet Explorer (Icon: )
The page then will be reloaded and rendered correctly:
