PRB: Invitation email not received in user inbox Print ZTN4226 ID: ZTN4226 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 1.0 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Payables Approval Symptom When inviting a new user to Zetadocs Payables Approval an invitation email is sent to the user. In some cases, the invitation email may not appear in the user’s inbox but will be considered as a spam message instead. Cause This is due to the fact that the email server may consider emails from approvals@noreply.mail.zetadocs.comas spam and will direct them into the Spam folder of the user’s inbox. Resolution In order to receive emails from Zetadocs Payables Approval in the user’s inbox, it is recommended that you add approvals@noreply.mail.zetadocs.comto the list of trusted addresses and mark the email as ‘Not Spam’ using the steps below.
