There’s two ways you can configure delivery of a record within your on-premises system. Client-side delivery makes use of the 32bit NAV/Business Central RTC and sends via the locally installed Zetadocs PDF client. Server-side delivery uses the 64bit NAV/Business Central RTC and only requires an installation on the NAV/Business Central application server.

If you are new to the software and are unsure how to log-in to your Zetadocs Expenses account, using a browser or mobile app, please reach out to your company's Zetadocs Expenses administrator or someone within the finance team who is responsible for creating your accounts. Once you have an account, you can visit this page to sign in.

If you have previously signed in but are now getting an authentication error or have forgotten your password, please select the ‘Forgotten password’ option on the sign in page.

If you are using Microsoft Authentication, you will need to reach out to your internal IT administrator to help gain access to your Microsoft 365 account.

If you are trying to sign in, but the website is not loading or you see a message to say the site is not available, please ensure you have an internet connection and that other websites are working. If this is all ok, please visit our status page.

If you are looking to upgrade the Zetadocs Extension for your on-premises Business Central system, please look at this technote.

If you are using a SaaS Business Central system, the Zetadocs Extension automatically upgrades when your Business Central system upgrades. However, if you would like to upgrade this manually, we recommend taking a backup of your Zetadocs configuration before attempting to upgrade your Zetadocs extension.

The Zetadocs Factbox has two methods of installation which you may see being referenced: client side or server side factbox. The client-side Factbox uses the 32bit RTC client and requires local components of the Zetadocs components and licencing to work. The server side factbox uses the 64bit RTC client and only requires installation and licencing on the NAV/Business Central application server.
