Getting Support In The UK

All new Zetafax and Zetadocs starter systems purchased in the UK include Software Assurance valid for one year from date of purchase. Software Assurance provides you with email support and service pack releases.

If you have valid Software Assurance and wish to open a support query for Zetafax or Zetadocs, use the support form to log your case directly with the Equisys support engineers.

Web-based support

This is available on a 24/7 basis from the Equisys website. A range of technical notes, 'How to' guides, software updates and fixes for known issues can be found in the comprehensive and fully searchable Knowledge Base.

Email support

Standard support via email is available to customers with a valid Software Assurance. Software Assurance also provides all software upgrades and updates without further charge. Contracts are available for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.

Telephone support

Telephone support is available to customers who purchase or upgrade to Software Maintenance. Telephone support operates on a call back service by an Equisys support engineer. Software Maintenance also provides all software upgrades and updates without further charge. Contracts are available for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.
